Blackjack strategy that will change your life

black jack strategy

The problem with Blackjack is that you have to learn it. You may play using your instinct but, honestly, that’s often a recipe for a disaster. Some use hands charts which is nothing to be ashamed of. But many people are. So, instead of holding sheets of paper at the blackjack table, they’d rather lose.

We prepared this short guide to solve both problems. With these few tips you will learn a profitable blackjack strategy in the next couple of minutes. Then, practice on free blackjack tables online and after 30 minutes or so you will have the strategy memorized for life.

Best Blackjack Strategy – simplified

Only one note before we move on. Of course, you can go much deeper into the game. These tips are designed to help you gain confidence and start winning. After that, you can look for resources like books to dive into the depths of the blackjack strategy ocean.

Never use Insurance

Insurance is a side bet you can make for 50% of your initial bet if the dealer has an Ace. You don’t need to know the math. Simply remember – it is not a profitable bet.

What is the dealer’s card?

  • If it’s 2 or 3, you have a high chance of winning. You can stop hitting at 13 the dealer.
  • If it’s 4, 5 or 6, it is the same. Hit until 13. In fact, the math show that you can even stop at 12 and still be in a good position against the dealer.
  • If it’s Ace or anything higher than a 7, you are in the worst shape and even 16 won’t often cut it. That means that you will often go overboard but the correct strategy is to go for at least 17 in your hand.

Last word

blackjack

So, how simple is this blackjack strategy, huh? It’s incredibly easy to remember and start implementing right away. Though, remember that no matter the strategy, you must play only with the money you can afford to lose.

And follow your bankroll rules. We won’t get into that today but don’t ever put more than 5% of your bankroll (to be extra safe) at the table at any given time. Online you can play for $0.20/hand so it is never the case of not getting action. On the contrary, you get plenty of action but need to have discipline to stay within your bankroll until it grows through bonuses and in-game winnings.

Practice the strategy and let us know how much you won!
